My brother in law is gravely ill with cancer.His wife is gone most of the time for her job.
They got a medical alert system from nationwide because they offered a camera. The system has never worked properly. It malfunctions and calls in error and charges a $75 fee. They call in to try to get someone to come out and fix it but nobody answers.
They are in a 3 year contract and do not know how to get out of a contract that is not delivering much needed service.
The next step is to get a lawyer and begin legal proceedings.Please advise.
